Gangtok & Darjeeling | The Perfect Himalayan Retreat

Namaste! Upon arrival at the Bagdogra Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. On the way, take a stop at Kalimpong where you can go rafting in the Teesta River (at your own expense). Further, continue your journey and as you reach your hotel in Gangtok, check-in, relax and have an overnight stay.

In the morning, get ready to go on the sightseeing tour of Gangtok. The first stop during the tour will be Tashi Viewpoint from where you will admire the views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Further, visit Ganesh Tok& Hanuman Tok where you can offer your prayers. Afterwards, explore the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, the Institute of Tibetology&Dro-DulChorten Monastery. Later, get transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Check-out from your hotel and get transferred to Darjeeling. As you travel to Darjeeling, witness the amazing views of the tea plantations. Upon reaching your hotel in Darjeeling, check-in and spend the rest of the time at leisure. You can explore the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, Rimbik, Ghum Monastery, and other such attractions. Later, head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Start your day by going for the Darjeeling sightseeing tour and exploring the beauty of the “Queen of Hills”. Witness iconic attractions such as Tiger Hill, from where you can get the spectacular sunrise of the peaks of the Himalayas. Further, visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery and listen to the chantings at these monasteries. Later, head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and you will be dropped at the Bagdogra Airport/railway station/ bus stand for departure.
